Family Law

Child Protection

I represent guardians to children that are deemed in need of protection by a child protection agency, such as the Children’s Aid Society. My role would be to advocate for your position as to what is in the best interests of the child or children, and to assist you in addressing whether or not there are any protection concerns.

Criminal Defence

In my role as a criminal defence lawyer, if you are being charged with a crime or questioned by law enforcement, I will advocate for your right to be innocent until proven guilty and ensure that your rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms are respected.

In matters of simple Wills and Powers of Attorney, our legal team is here to assist you in safely and comfortably planning for your future.

Family Mediation

Mediation is a method of alternative dispute resolution. In my role as a mediator, I act as a neutral third party in assisting individuals come to a peaceful settlement in their legal family matters.
